Student but can't get student discount and charged

Hello,

I signed up for student premium account on Spotify and it says that they couldn't confirm that I am a student. However I am a student from UW seattle and the money has also been taken from my account. I look forward to hearing from you and solving this!

Hey @eldosereen,

When you didn't recieve your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?

Yes it was pending. The student premium worked for me when I tried it again!
