My Question or Issue

Ive been on the premium student for the past year and they never sent me an email to renew it. I noticed they started to charge me for the individual premium and tried to renew it. When I try it gives me the page that says "you arent eligible for premium for students" and wont let me through to the SheerID site to even verify. Ive only been on the plan on for a year. I also tried this in an incognito window and had the same issue. Any advice on how to get past this?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

The Student discount can be used for up to 4 years. If you didn't receive an email to renew it and the page says you're not eligible when you try to verify with SheerID, it's most likely because you've already used the 4 years of the discount. 

 

Keep in mind that these are accumulated and do not reset, so if you had Premium Student in the past, this might be the reason why you're no longer eligible. 

 

Hope this sheds some light on the matter. The Community will be here if anything else comes up.
