Student discount failed - SOLVED!!

Hello

I purchased student discount like 10 minutes ago, I entered my credit card number etc. and then something about veritification showed up. I clicked on more details, then I wanted to come back and verify my school, but it showed the credit card details again. So my money is gone and I can't verify my school, so I don't have any premium account. Please help me!

UPDATE:

I tried to enter my credit card number again and now I did verify my school, so my premium started to work. But I would like to get my money back from the first attempt, when it failed to verify. I send screenshot, where you can see that the price was taken two times from my credit card.
