Student discount is not working

Hello,

I can not get the students discount. I have succesfully registered at myunidays.com, but when I try to change my account into student a message pops up, that says:

"It appears that you are not eligible for the discounted product that you are trying to purchase. If you'd like you can still upgrade your account to premium at any time."

Please help me

We'd first recommend giving it a fresh try in an incognito or private window in your browser. If that doesn't help, it'd be a good idea to try in a different device, for example if you were trying to sign up on mobile, try in an incognito window.
