I wanted to change from individual to student ,but have failed and am now using the free plan ,,because the plan choosen doesn't load

If you've already redeemed the student discount on your Spotify account and are now trying to subscribe to Premium Student I recommend doing so in an incognito-window on your browser and even on another device if it's possible. 


I also recommend ensuring you've got a stable internet connection and clearing the cache within the browser you're using if you're seeing any error messages.


Another thing worth mentioning is that there can be different reasons for a failed payment, so just to make sure that everything's in order from your end you can take a look at the info in this article.
