Siempre he usado Spotify Premium para estudiantes desde que entré a estudiar. Hace un par de semanas hice la verificación anual y fue aprobada, recibí el correo de confirmación. Ahora me entero de que me cambiaron al Plan Individual y me descontaron más dinero. Quiero el dinero que me cobraron adicionalmente devuelta.

If the verification process was successful, you should have received an email confirmation from SheerID. Keep in mind that you need to click on Get Discount to activate it and follow the steps to register your payment method again, and your next payments will be for the discounted price.

Remember that the student discount has a duration of 12 months and can be renewed for up to 4 years.
