Waiting for account verification

I tried to access student premium account. I sent a document to verification. It was about 2 weeks ago. I still have got no answer. I tried also to contact suppotr to solve my problem. It was about one week ago. Also no answer. Not to mention that finding a support contact form is very difficult. In the meantime spotify has taken twice a fee from my credit card. Despite it was canceled I still feel embarrassed. 

What's happened? Why do I have to wait more than 2 weeks for verification and more than a week for support's answer? Why there is no normal possibility to contact you? No phone call, no email etc. ? It's really sad, because when I used spotify earlier and there was no problem, I was really satisfied from your services. And now problem occurred and... it's simply impossible to contact with you. I only regret that I've given to you my credit card's data. In my opinion, your behavior is pitiful. Big company, good services and no contact...
