Why show "You're out of offline devices?" while not downloaded anywhere.

I've Premium Student subscription, before that it was working perfectly. But issue arrises when i reseted my phone multiple time without logging out and clearing downloads of shopify. Currently It's logged in on on my mac, tab, and phone at no device it's downloading the playlists for offline mode. It says "You're out of offline devices". Please help me how i can reset it so that i can download playlists on my devices.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

Taking into account that you can store content on up to 5 devices to listen offline, when you reach that limit, the system will not let you download content on a different device. So in this case, if you still have access to previous devices where you might have stored offline content, we'd recommend following the steps mentioned under the section "Delete downloads" of this article.

If you don't have access to those devices anymore, since we cannot access users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check your account and help you further.
