payment done still free

Hello I have done a payment for student discount. I filled my credit cart infos the it said we didnt get your money yet check one more time. after that i checked and tried one more time but this time there was a problem with card infos. I haven't done anything for my student verification but when I checked my credit card account, my payment is done. But still it seems free account not premium. I log out several times but it didnt work. what can i do now? thanks
