studying in Sweden at Komvux

I'm Swedish and I've been a customer for a long time. I'm now studying at Åsö-vuxengymnasium in Stockholm as a Komvux-student. I'm a mecenat card holder and I get student money support from CSN every month. I'd like to get the student discount premium account. Though my school which is not a university, is not on the list. I did send a request to get my school added to the list but there's no reply for more than a week. I can't find info about this and I'm assuming I'm entitled to this student discount since I get student discounts for Everything else in Sweden.

There's no set response time for the school add request form. If they have news to share with you, they'll hopefully send you an email.

I much appreatied your help and I thankfull for that. I wanted to say again I'm swedish studient and I live in sweden. I'm mecenat card holder and I get the support from CSN. I know that Spotify is Swedish company and I wonder why there didn't automaticliy add all the school how is untiltle to this services. I have even apply at SheerID but I didn't get any answer. I know you have mentioned earlier in this thread, there's no set response time for the school add request form but I'm still paying the full prices for my prenium. I wonder why I don't get any more clear response from Spotify. Is there any other way to make contact with Spotify?

There are several ways to get in touch with Spotify's Support Team but I'm pretty sure that they would tell you the same thing that I did 🙂

Well i got same problem.

i have send reguest on my Komvux i Karlskoga, sinces 4 month back, and still no answer.

added new request each month, and still more action in a grave than got answer from spotify
