Can't add my daughter to my Family plan

Can't add my daughter to my Family plan

Hi, I have been trying to add one of the kids to the family plan and I'm about ready to throw my phone through the wall. She has her own premium account.  She has her own email.  I have a family plan.  there are 4 of us on the plan already. When I log into my account on the web I have no option to send a link to her.  I can't manage my plan.  The only thing I can do is join the **bleep** family mix.   How can I add her to my account.  There is NO send link option. And I can't confirm her address or find anyway to join her from her account. Please can you help me sort this out!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you able to send them an invite following these steps using a different browser or private window?

 

If that doesn't help, can you verify if you're on the Premium Family plan and also provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly?  Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
