Superuser Contribution can't update the payment method

I have the family plan and I have to change the payment method to be able to pay it but I get an error, I tried credit and debit but it does not work with either of them

Did a clean reinstall following the specific Spotify steps. Doesn’t work for both data and wifi. Doesn’t work on all playlists (downloaded and non downloaded). Tried it on a friends phone. I have an iPhone 12 Pro, premium account, version 8.7.24.1451

How would you use Premium Family Memberships with 2 homes?

We have a home that is used for short term rentals. We have a google home set up there, so when guests play music, it shows up on my spotify, and I can't use it. What is the easiest solution? Create a cabin account with separate email address?
