My Question or Issue

I have familyplan and there it says I only can have 5 accounts. But accordind to the information about familyplan it sägs 6. Why can I only have 5?

Thanks for reaching out in the Community and welcome to the forum.

The Family plan is for 6 people including you as the owner of the plan - so you should be able to add 5 other accounts to your subscription.

You can find info about this here. If you have trouble adding accounts could you let us know what error message you're getting and if you've tried any steps to remedy that?
