Due to a technical error by Spotify, we had to create a new family Spotify account and cancel the previous one. However, due to the lock that prevents changing family accounts within 12 months, I was not able to join the family account. Customer service couldnt even help me as they had no option to remove the lock. Therefore, we now have to pay for multiple subscriptions due to an error by Spotify....
