Daughter cant join family account

Daughter cant join family account

Daughter cant join family account. She was removed before but is being added again. Same account and same email but she gets the error saying you can only join once a year.

Any help?

Keep in mind that Spotify does limit switching to another Family plan to once per year. You would need to wait the 12 months since your last switch to use the same account they are inviting you on. But if you are sure its the same family that you are trying to get back, I would suggest you to contact Spotify's helpful customer service team. Have a good day!

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community.

 

It's possible that your daughter joined another Premium Family plan shortly after you removed her and that's why she is unable to join again.

 

If she's seeing the error message that she can only change plans once a year, it means that she has already changed her plan this year and has to wait 12 months before joining your current Premium Family plan.
