My Question or Issue

 Good morning. I had to change my payment method due to a stolen CC. Now non of my family can access their account that is linked to my Premium family account.

Hope you're doing great!

Could you ask them to leave the old family plan if they're still on it and try to resend the invites from the new plan you have now?

Not allowing me to add or remove members plus I do not want them to lose their playlists.

Hey @cwmkvgti!

 

Don't worry, the Premium Family members will NOT lose their playlists, listening activity etc. when removing them from your plan. All that's gonna happen is that they'll be switching to the Free plan automatically.
