My Question or Issue

I sent an invitation for my wife, who 3 - 4 weeks ago suddenly was dropped from the service. She is now unable to join, she is receiving continuous rejection messages. We live in Panamá, and addresses are not as "structured" (street, street number), so I am wondering is not perfectly matching the address I put 4 years ago when I opened the service.

Is there any form to get help on this?

Have your wife recieved a mail asking to reconfirm details ?

Unfollowing the instructions means the user will be removed from the plan as might have happend in your case.

 

Please contact Spotify CS through this contact page and have them reconfigure the users info.

Make sure to reply to any automated mail you recieve.
