Lost all family members

Lost all family members

I lost all family members without warning. If I understand correctly there was a change in policy and we need to be on the same physical address which we do. However we probably don't have the same postal code entered as this was not required before. We can fix that for sure just if we knew in advance... Now we all need to download all the music again. Really cool. But that will follow after I can add the accounts again. I tried to add my daughter in the morning, she didn't get the e-mail. My wife got e-mail with the verification link. Nothing happened. Can anyone please tell me what do I do now to restore the service?
