My Question or Issue

I've just invited a new member of my family as part of the premium family package and although it says invite has been sent, it is not being received.  I have tried resend a few times.  Also I have suceessfully added new family members in the past.

Thank you for posting.  I read that, and unfortunately I have already tried all of that.  I've also checked the email is working and tripple checked everything in that guide.  I just think Spotify is failing to send the email in this instance...

Please try sending the invite using an incognito webpage or a different webpage as it tends to do the trick.
