Son did not confirm address on time and lost access to Family - any work around?

Son did not confirm address on time and lost access to Family - any work around?

My son failed to confirm his address and got removed from Family plan.

He is 14 and obviously lives with us. I doubt he even reads e-mails (long story, and nto for sharing here).

So, when I tried to invite him I got message that he can join back in 12 months.

 

Is there any way to work around this?

As you may guess I am not going to wait a year but move my family to Tidal after a weekend.

Hey @AndrzejWM, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

There is no way to bypass that message. A workaround for this is to ask him to create a new account and then transfer content from the old account to the new one following this guide.

 

Then, you can send an invite following these steps
