Tried to add wife/daughter to my family plan - added them to another person's plan

Tried to add wife/daughter to my family plan - added them to another person's plan

Plan = Family 

Free/Premium = Premium

Country = USA

 

Device = Pixel 2

Operating System = Android

 

My Question or Issue

So I have a Spotify Premium Family plan.  I went to add my daughter and wife to my plan (they already had individual free accounts).   They received the invitations but when they accepted it they were added to another person's family plan.   I go and look at my account page -> then family members and it shows that I sent them an invitation but there is no response yet.   Something is definitely broken in your code.   How do we fix this?

That sounds odd. It's best to reach out to us here with your account info to see what's going on. 

 

You should also send over the account info of your family members so we can get a better look.
