Why am I having to pay for audiobooks when I have the premium package?

According to the FAQ page I found:

• Users with certain Premium plans get 15 hours of listening time. This only applies to Premium Individual, and the account managers of Duo or Family plans.
• Not all books available on Spotify are available in the audiobooks subscriber catalog. Some can only be purchased separately.

Why are the number of hours limited for audio books?  15 hours for a premium family plan is not a lot of hours.

I just hit my limit and was shocked to find that my premium sub for Spotify from more than 8 years doesn't cover unlimited listening to an audiobook that is included in premium? This makes no sense. I see why some of my friends left the platform. Feel like we should all torrent again. Or, give the publiclibraries more audiobooks... Very disappointed, Spotify
