Commercial with a loud DING sound at the start of it about blows my ear drum out !

I am 80 years old and love my music and I have some hearing loss in my right ear so i use my head phones all the time to here my music. But here is the problem after a few songs they break for a commercial so after each song ends their is a few seconds of silence then the few commercials start but in the last week or so there is one commercial that starts with a "LOUD DING" sound and about blows my ear drum totally out. So I think Spotify should remove that LOUD DING off of that commercial  so as to not kill my hearing as well as those of the 1000's of other listeners hearing as well.

That loud ding is so not expected and so startling I can not even tell you what their trying to sell SO Spotify do all of your users a great big favor and ditch that LOUD DAMN DING commercial PLEASE ! ! ! !
