I'm Andre Paul and I'm new to this. Honestly don't quite fully understand how the exposure goes. There's no promotion packages that I can see, it says we can submit for playlist consideration but that option is not available when I try. Can anyone give some feedback on this?

The idea is that you should network with producers, get to know curators and such.
Why would you be looking for "promotion packages"? Spotify is not facebook, fam.
