Payment Issue - Incorrect Subscription Length

Hi Spotify Support,

I am writing to you Because I have charged for one month subscription instead of 4 months offer for that i was initially eligible for

I tried to make a payment for 4 month offer for 119 On 2 march 2025 , but the payment was cancelled ,When i tried to make the payment again , the 4 month offer was no longer available abd that time i didnt see mistakenly that the offer was removed, so i get subscription for 1 month instead of 4 months 

I was very Disappointed that i was unable to take the advantage of 4 month offer ,I would like to request that you reinstate the offer
