Personally I have so many favorite GIFs for many different occasions. But I think my most used one is:

I don't usually incorporate GIFs in my messages, but when I do, the first thing I check is if they have one with a parrot.

I’m not sure what my favorite GIF is, but it might be this one:

As I mentioned in a reply to a previous Question of the Week, I used to enjoy watching the “Fresh Water” episode of the TV series Planet Earth with one of my friends in high school, and we would usually rewind this episode at the part where a nerpa seal swims by the camera in Lake Baikal, thinking that the seal looked like a blimp; so I was glad to find a GIF of this scene on the Tenor website to share with the Community.

There are so many fitting ones, honestly! I usually don't really incorporate gifs into my messaging because they're huge and so I prefer animated emojis. Sometimes I make some myself, like this one:
