Request for Technical Info to Identify Fraudster Linked Through Spotify Follow

To the Spotify Support Team,

We are Aura Developers, a team responsible for managing the Arabic Discord bot Aura.

We are writing to request assistance regarding a user involved in a fraudulent act on Discord, which affected one of our bot users. The individual responsible has since deleted their Discord account, now appearing as:

Although this fraud took place on Discord, we have strong reason to believe that the same individual was followed on Spotify by another user of our bot. This link is our only available trace, and we are reaching out to Spotify in hopes of identifying the fraudster’s technical footprint.

We are not requesting any personal or sensitive data beyond what is necessary. We kindly ask for either the IP address or email address associated with the Spotify account that was being followed by our user. This is solely to help us block or prevent this person from re-accessing our bot or repeating the fraud.

We understand these requests typically go through legal processes. However, as a small team, we are not currently eligible for those official channels. We truly appreciate any help, insight, or direction you can provide under these special circumstances.
