都市別チャートでは上位に入らない曲が国別チャートだと1位を獲る怪現象

現在Spotifyで1位になっているWhoという曲は都市別チャートではかなり下位にいるようです。それなのになぜ全体チャートでは1位を獲れるのか不思議です。全く街中で聴きませんし、他の音楽アプリでも上位ではありません。このような現象が起きる理由がわかる方いらっしゃいますか？

Had a thought. Would it be neat if there was a % of tracks you listened to Vs what Spotify has available in its library. Whether in total or per genre? Might be a cool little feature to compare with friends etc at the end of the year?
