I now live in ireland and kids still in Australia and they cannot access the premium family plan

Hi, before I renewed I checked articles and it said if you move you can still use the premium family plan. I am now in ireland, my kids in Australia are trying to access but cannot. Can they or should I cancel? Thankyou!
