Spotify banned me from posting music

Spotify banned me from posting music

Hey, unfortunately for 2 years now Spotify has banned me from posting music on my artist's page because someone else posted copyrighted material on it.

That profile meant and still means the whole entire world to me, so it makes me very sad.

 

Spotify's artist team haven't responded to me for a year now and I just don't know what to do anymore, does anybody know how to help?

Hey there @Christoffercsw!

 

I'd recommend re-reaching out to the Artist's Service Team regarding this as unfortunately no one on the Community would have access to be able to help you out regarding this as they would have access to internal systems which the Community does not.

 

If there was original communication from Spotify then I'd recommend responding to this otherwise you can attempt to open a ticket with the Artist Services Team here.

Yeah, but they haven't replied to me for a span of over a year now

I understand, all I can recommend is opening a new ticket in this case however I would guess that due to the claim made this has resulted in a permanent action from Spotify. Feel free to attempt to re-reach them using the form above as they are the only people that would be able to action and answer your question any further from this point.
