Spotify do not concern about my preferences in new...

It annoys me a little that I always choose composers of modern classical music (Messiaen, Stockhausen, Poulenc, Orff), but then Spotify takes me straight back to the old classics (Schumann, Bach, Beethoven). But sometimes I don't want that.

How can I better convince Spotify's algorithm of my current mood? It seems as if Spotify perceives all classical music as one sauce, whereas popular music is differentiated very precisely.

Spotify recommendation works on your listening history, liked songs to improve personalization, i would recommend follow artist option, or in case of taste profile improvement, using do not play the artist to fine tune recommendation for a genre
