現在Spotifyで1位になっているWhoという曲は都市別チャートではかなり下位にいるようです。それなのになぜ全体チャートでは1位を獲れるのか不思議です。全く街中で聴きませんし、他の音楽アプリでも上位ではありません。このような現象が起きる理由がわかる方いらっしゃいますか？
