Artificial streaming - bot playlists

Yesterday one of my songs was added not just to one, but to 3 different bot playlists. It happened with another song before. I wonder, why those playlists don't pop up in screenings. They change the playlists heavily within a few hours. All three went from 500 (!) hours playing time down to a little more than one. They all have a fishy link in their descriptitions. It's pretty annoying that you have to check your artist for spotify several times a day and report playlists. I'm a bit scared that my songs get deleted while I have no option to prevent this.

Has this happened to you too? Any ideas?
