Fake Music and compensation

The Fake Music designation is necessary but insufficient. It avoids lawsuits but does not compensate artists whose music is being scraped by AI. I propose that royalties for every Fake Music song are paid to not just the poster but also equitably distributed to all artists played by Spotify. Anything else is theft.
