Spotify is ignoring me after an account hack – 10 years of Premium and hundreds of playlists lost?!

Hello everyone,
I’m really desperate and hope someone here can help me.
Apparently, my Spotify account was hacked and then disabled. Since then, I’ve had no access – and this after more than 10 years as a Premium subscriber. Over the years, I’ve created hundreds of playlists with thousands of songs that are extremely important to me.💔

I started contacting support at the beginning of August – so far without success.
In the chat, I only get the information that no further details are available, or the conversation just ends.
I’ve sent around 10 emails to both the German and international support addresses – not a single reply.
No one responds on Instagram, and on Facebook I’m only referred to the email address or the chat – which clearly doesn’t help.

I’m really disappointed and angry. I’ve spent over a decade paying for Spotify and now I’m being completely ignored, even though it’s about my music, my memories, and my personal collection. It feels like a small world is collapsing for me.

Has anyone had similar experiences or knows how to actually get help in such situations? Is there maybe a direct contact person or another way to transfer my data to a new account?
I’m incredibly grateful for any advice or tip!🙏
