You mean to a CD? 

Unfortunately not, Spotify encrypt all of their offline stored files so they can only be played inside Spotify. If you think about it, if it was possible to burn CDs as part of your subscription, you could download music then cancel and Spotify would have no way to stop you which the labels would obviously not like!
