The Inclusion of Direct Messages

I have recently thought about Spotify including direct messages as I feel as if it would be a great way for people to have music discussions. Along with this, I understand that a lot of people may not like direct messages due to random people possibly messaging them, and hence, I would also like for Spotify to consider making an "invite-only account access" option that allows peoples accounts to be completely unseen from other users except for those who they invite. Furthermore, I think that the inclusion of being able to message others during Spotify music sessions would be a good idea as well as it prevents the need for people to message each other on other apps whilst having a Spotify music session.
