Another year has flown by, and I'm so excited to kick off Values Week 2026!

Starting today, April 13th, we're focusing on our first core value: Respect 🙌

Hi everyone! Love this initiative! 🤜🤛

Choosing a song about Respect is such a powerful way to start Values Week. Harry Styles’ "Treat People With Kindness" is a masterpiece, but it got me thinking: Kindness and Respect are only possible when we step out of our own way.

As a singer and songwriter, I recently released a track called "EGO" that dives exactly into this. It explores that classic workplace (and life) dilemma: "Is it better to be happy or to be right?" 🧠✨

To me, respect means:

• Listening without the ego interrupting.

• Understanding that we are "Equal yet different" (as I say in the lyrics).

• Choosing evolution over pride.

My name is is Mike Trivitt values and respect is something that in my world seems to be lost or so distant that’s how to reach for me to obtain. I’ve landed here sort of by mistake and honestly, I figure it’s just another one of my million and one failed attempts trying to see justice over the wrong. I’ve been done concerning open source software and its effects on individuals who abuse it I’m sorry individuals who have suffered from abuse from being abused.
