Web Player Won't Load!

When I go to the web player, it gives me the screen attached. It doesn't work to reload!

After I cleared Spotify's cookies for the 15th time today, it's finally loaded.

Me too. It's a good thing in this day and age when access to music online is pretty much free that I pay for a premium version so I can be sure to have access to music at all times!

No, wait... I pay and there are tons of problems... So Spotify, what am I paying for? and, should I continue to pay?
