my songs wont play

Hi, Out of nowhere, when I play music, a song will only play for 7 seconds and then switches to another song and this continues to happen. How can I get my account back to normal to play full songs?

What device are you using?

I'd suggest a clean reinstall, this should fix most problems that may happen. If you're using the web player, try wiping your cookies and cache.

Additionally, you can try going to your Spotify account and remove access to apps you no longer use or don't recognise.
Another method that may help is signing out everywhere. I'm not saying your account may be compromised, but that may shake things back in place. : )
