playlist problem

If we use any 3rd party distribution service that sends our songs to all platforms, one of them is Spotify, and they are an American company (They release to Spotify US) but we want to use their service to release Chinese songs in Chinese. In this case, will our songs classified to their American songlist / playlist or the playlist in Chinese Taiwan market? Because it does affect the exposure of the songs. Chinese songs are listened to by audiences in the Chinese market, not Americans.
