Hello, So in the past i’ve make my account to be premium, by the 3 months = Rp 5000 promo’s (I’m from Indonesia). And i’ve stop my premium account since December 2019, but till now (February 2020), i’m still being billed to pay. How to fix this? Thank you

If your account overview shows that your're on Spotify Free, check the steps in the Didn't work? section of the article.
