why did you choose to use Spotify?

There are a lot of other music apps that you could use to listen to music so why did you choose to use Spotify and not some other music app? What Feature etc. let you choose Spotify?

I would love to be able to help you. Can you give me more details about the device that has gone offline. Is it your phone or PC?

Did you come to come here on that device or a different one?

When you talk about creating a file, were you trying to create  playlist?
