Get list of all genres/top genres?

Trying to understand how to get a list of all the available Spotify genres while using the "Get Available Genre Seeds" endpoint. Any suggestions?

Furthermore, is there a way to get the top 50 Spotify genres?

I think since the get-available-genre-seeds feature of the spotify API has been deprecated, it's no longer possible to get a full list of genres from the API itself. Does anyone know how I can get a list like that, I want to use it in an app I am making for a school assignment.

Unfortunately, Spotify has deprecated genres you could access through the Web API in general.

One option is to get them through a back-up at https://everynoise.com/

Another option is to make use Last.FM
