Paguei meu Spotify duas vezes esse mês no boleto e ainda não liberaram meu Premium ,estou decepcionado com isso

I hope you don't mind me replying back in English.

In terms of you being overcharged for Premium, I'd recommend checking out Spotify's refund policy > Charged more than once in a month? section.

 

Also, since you're not getting Premium, could you try logging out > restart device > log back in? You can also follow some troubleshooting steps here.
