Hello, I have a question. I have a problem with my account. Some time ago I wanted to activate Spotify Premium, but I had problems with it. After three months my credit card payments began to be debited. Premium is not active, but payments are still being charged. I'd like to ask you for advice. I'd like to cancel sending my payments, but I don't know how. I'm sorry for my english, i don't speak english good.

Are you seeing any charges on your Receipt's page

 

If you're not and you don't know how you're being charged, then I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
