403 code on PUT v1/me/tracks

When I try to save a track on a new account I get 403 code response but when I try to do the same operation with my old spotify account everything is fine, what can be the issue?

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

 

It sounds like your app is in Development Mode, which restricts access to only 25 users who must be added to the allowlist. Here’s how to fix the 403 error for your new account:

 

1. Log in to the Spotify Developer Dashboard with your old (working) account.

2. Select Your App.

3. Navigate to “Users and Access”.

4. Add the New Account: Enter the new account's name and email, and click "Add user".

 

This should grant the new account access.
