A new JavaScript wrapper for the Web API

Hi all

In the past months, I've been working on a toolbelt for the Web API. Today marks the initial release of the core library - a lightweight, strongly typed wrapper for the Web API with many convenience methods - as well as some utility packages for authorization, authentication and a CLI. 

As with all initial releases, nothing is 100% perfect so I'm more than happy to receive technical feedback from the community. The project is live on https://spotifly.nougat.dev. Packages are available on NPM.
