My Question or Issue

Hey, how are you? 

I am trying to apply an algorithm to the frames coming from the CDN, because with higher loads of processing I can improve the audio quality experience. 

But I don't see how to manipulate the frames coming from. 

Also this idea can help you to develop new kind of effects, like equalizers and any other.

Edited: I have decided to publish my work about as it is an small source but a huge impact in possibly sound-cards. And as I don't think that in the shadows is going to become available for everyone easily.
