App blocked & downgraded, how to understand why?

Hi,

I was working on an app using the spotify web api. I accidentally send way too many requests and received a bunch of 429 responses. I realize I sent way too many and I've fixed the issue, but my application is blocked without any way of appealing or deleting it.
