Authorization problems after being granted quota extension

Hi Spotify team,
Since around Aug 20, App Remote connect started failing in our Android app. We haven’t changed our code. The timing coincided with a Web API quota extension on our account. What we see:

• Silent connect fails with “Explicit user authorization is required to use Spotify. The user has to complete the auth-flow to allow the app to use Spotify on their behalf”

• Interactive connect with showAuthView=true does not show any consent UI and still fails with UserNotAuthorizedException.

• If we try the legacy Auth SDK fallback (AuthorizationClient 2.1.0), it returns AUTHENTICATION_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE.
  

Do you know what can be the issue? Just before extending the quota it worked fine.
